For three decades, attorney Denise Eaton-May has been a tireless advocate for clients throughout the Bay Area facing a complex and often confusing legal system. Understanding that clients need a compassionate but zealous lawyer who can achieve results, she has learned over her 30 years in legal practice how to tailor her counsel to reflect the diverse needs of businesses and workers in California. At our firm, helping clients with their legal needs is more than simply a job; it’s a passion.

I became an attorney during an important time for our country's civil rights movement, and few areas experienced substantial change more than workplace relations. From my earliest days as a lawyer, I have been committed to helping promote fair workplaces in which businesses and their employees alike can thrive and succeed, and in aggressively representing our clients when legal disputes do arise.
